Build a steady, predictable flow of local homeowner leads for kitchen and restroom remodels — so the schedule stops depending on word of mouth.

What we discussed

Where the business is, and where it's going.

  • Full time since January. Kingdom Millwork Installation runs kitchen and restroom remodels, with the crew already in place and capacity available right now.
  • Average project runs $1,500–$2,500, with the business currently grossing roughly $2,500–$4,000 a month.
  • Every job today comes from word of mouth or a business card. There is no marketing system feeding the schedule, so the month is only as good as who happens to call.
  • The team is ready before the work is. Capacity isn't the constraint — consistent estimate flow is.
  • Marketing needs to be handled by someone else. Mathew's focus stays on the builds. We handle getting qualified homeowners to raise their hand — reaching out to them and closing them stays with Kingdom Millwork.
The objective over the next 3–6 months. Add at least one additional kitchen remodel per month on a consistent basis, and build toward $5,000–$8,500 in monthly gross. Our work is measured on what we control: qualified leads delivered and cost per lead. Digita Media is lead generation only — contacting leads, booking the estimate and closing the job stays on Kingdom Millwork's side.

$1,500/month
  • Ad creative as needed — no set video count. We produce as many finished ad videos, concepts and hook variations as the campaign requires each month. You are never charged per video.
  • Continuous testing. New angles, hooks and edits go live whenever performance calls for it, cut from your captured footage and ours.
  • 1 monthly capture session, up to 2 hours including setup, at one ready-to-film location in San Diego County.
  • Full Meta ads operations — campaign build, instant lead forms with pre-qualifying questions, audience and budget management, ongoing optimization.
  • Leads delivered to you in real time. Every submitted lead — name, phone, and their answers to the qualifying questions — lands with Mathew as it comes in, so he can call while the homeowner is still interested.
  • Monthly reporting and review call — lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality and creative performance.
Performance accountability. We take full responsibility for ad creative. If the ads aren't performing the way we want, we cut new versions and test different angles right away — at no additional creative cost. If the ads are working, we don't make new ones just to hit a number.

How the ad spend actually comes out. Meta does not charge one lump sum. The daily budget is set at $33.33 per day and Meta bills the card as that budget is spent — so it comes out in small daily amounts, roughly $1,000 across a 30-day month. The card stays on Mathew's account, the spend goes straight to Meta, and the daily number can be raised or lowered at any time. More daily budget means more leads; our fee does not change either way.

Meta spend is a recommendation, not a fixed cost — $33.33/day is the working floor for this market and can be adjusted up as results come in. Proposed standard renewal agency fee: $2,000/month. Renewal requires a new agreed quote; it does not change automatically.
What we need from you

Four things, and the campaign runs itself.

  • Access on shoot day. A job site we can film, your team available, and permission to record.
  • Approve the script and give feedback once. One round of notes per batch keeps everything moving.
  • Call your leads fast. This is the big one. We get homeowners to raise their hand — you call them, run the estimate, and close the job. Leads that sit for two days go cold no matter how good they were.
  • Tell us what closed. Which leads turned into estimates and jobs. That's how we know what to run more of.
What's not included

Written out so nothing surprises you later.

  • Your ad spend. That goes straight to Meta on your card. It never comes to us.
  • Extra shoot days. One shoot a month is included, and we make as many ad videos as the campaign needs from it. If we need to come out a second time in the same month, we'll quote that first.
  • Calling or closing leads. We're lead generation. We don't call, text, qualify or sell to your leads for you.
  • Custom tech builds. New CRM systems, AI phone setters, dashboards and website funnels are separate projects.
  • Running ads on someone else's footage. Every ads package uses creative our team films.
  • More than one location per shoot. Each session covers one site that's ready to film, and setup time counts toward the two hours.
  • Heavy animation. Color, audio cleanup, licensed music and captions are all included. Anything beyond that is a separate quote.
  • Raw footage and project files, hired actors, permits, studio rentals and drone. Any of it can be added — just not included here.
  • Travel past 40 miles round trip. $0.70 a mile after that, plus parking and tolls.
  • Sales tax and anything added that wasn't approved first.
Payment schedule

Monthly agency fees are billed in advance. Meta spend is paid directly to Meta and is not collected as Digita Media revenue.

Onboarding fee waived: first-client pilot onboarding waiver.

Next steps

Review the scope, confirm the final start date and complete the service agreement. Payment and onboarding follow after acceptance.

Work begins once the first payment is received so shoot dates, editing and campaign build can be scheduled.
